Preparation:1. Heat the pan with some oil, first sautee onions on medium heat then add meat; cook for
1~2 minutes. Then add vegetables to the pan.
2. Add water to the pan until all ingredients are covered, bring to boil on high heat, then
reduce to medium or low heat and simmer until all ingredients are done.
3. Finally add curry block, dissolve and stir in evenly for 2 minutes.
4. Serve with rice or noodles and enjoy!
